During the Covid-19 global pandemic, QLD was one of the States that minimised risk and had the lowest amount of cases. It is no wonder that the Southern States are looking to migrate North to the Sunshine State.

QLD and most notably Brisbane historically is yet to see a boom however with the rapid development it is only a matter of time before this becomes a reality. Brisbane and surrounding suburbs has some of the best return on investment and big blocks for affordable prices.
